Overview

Hilley & Solis Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our small but thriving law firm while contributing to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and experience in C-Suite reporting.

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage all media purchases
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners and oversee advertising execution
• Develop and oversee commercial scripts, filming, and all media recordings
• Manage merchandise design, research, purchasing, and vendor negotiations
• Oversee content creation for our website, newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and other digital strategies
• Manage social media and expand engagement
• Track, report, and analyze key marketing metrics
• Manage the marketing calendar for the year
• Plan and execute events and promotions, including weekend events and monthly/quarterly promotional engagements
• Organize philanthropic and community events
• Ensure consistent brand voices and messaging across all marketing efforts
• Oversee and manage all ongoing digital campaigns
• Manage the marketing budget, including evaluation of current strategies, campaign ROI, and resource allocation
• Conduct market analysis; identify opportunities, discontinue ineffective practices, and adapt to trends
• Lead quarterly marketing planning and results meetings aligned with the annual budget and strategy
• Review, negotiate, and extend recommendations on new and existing marketing contracts
• Develop partnerships with nonprofit organizations to strengthen brand visibility and goodwill
• Build strategic collaborations with community groups, sponsors, and external vendors to expand reach and reputation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar
• 3–5 years of marketing management experience
• Experience managing Marketing for a Personal Injury Law Firm is a plus
• Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns—digital, traditional, and event-based
• Demonstrated experience in budget oversight and vendor management
• Strong record of local community engagement and partnership development in the San Antonio or South Texas region is highly desirable
• Deep knowledge of media purchasing, placement optimization, and tracking ROI across television, radio, print, and digital platforms
• Proficiency in managing advertisement production, including scriptwriting, commercial filming, and coordination with media vendors and production teams
• Ability to lead creative merchandise development (design, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and inventory management)
• Strong digital marketing proficiency, including content strategy, social media marketing, and web analytics
• Skilled in data-driven reporting, with ability to synthesize performance metrics into actionable insights
• Experience maintaining and executing a year-long marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with firm-wide priorities
• Excellent event planning and execution skills, capable of managing weekend or off-hour community and promotional events
• Proven ability to represent the firm professionally in philanthropic and community contexts
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Base compensation package:

• Starting Salary commensurate with experience
• Possible bonus on a discretionary basis
