Position: UX Designer III Location: San Francisco, California (onsite) Duration: 05 months Contract Job ID: 170783 Job Overview As a User Experience (UX) Designer III, you will take ownership of outcomes for a mature project, complex program, or emerging area. You will define scalable and sustainable approaches to solve challenging problems with limited precedent and develop long-term user experience and product strategies for your team. You will influence design efforts, provide alternative perspectives, and provoke innovative thinking. Your expertise in UX design principles, user-centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools will be critical in delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers to communicate and negotiate design intentions and guide design specifications for implementation. Utilize and propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand user trends, and develop design solutions. Drive design improvements based on UX testing and stakeholder input, ensuring alignment with product goals. Build consensus across teams and communicate design strategies to stakeholders, addressing challenges and questions. Contribute to project prioritization and resource allocation in alignment with larger project goals. Create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends to achieve business objectives. Develop innovative design solutions that anticipate evolving constraints and communicate the rationale behind design choices. Lead holistic design processes, systems, or languages across teams or products. Guide UX designers in creating design concepts and conducting user research/testing, or perform research independently. Apply and adapt UX design frameworks, leveraging tools to visualize ideas and develop prototypes tailored to product requirements. Propose ideas to improve UX by analyzing user needs and solving constraints in strategy, product, or technology.
