Job Description This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading global entertainment and media company, collaborating with Aquent, a premier talent solutions partner. As a pivotal member of a dynamic creative marketing production team, you will be at the forefront of bringing captivating content to life, directly influencing how audiences connect with beloved programs and innovative projects. Your expertise will ensure that every production not only meets creative vision but also sets new benchmarks for quality and efficiency, making a tangible impact on the company\'s global reach and brand appeal.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage assigned production projects, primarily those with budgets exceeding $300k, from pre-production through final delivery.
Act as the central point of contact and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative, design, finance, and legal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Collaborate with production leadership to analyze vendor budgets and negotiate terms with external vendors and production companies.
Oversee all facets of pre-production and production activities in partnership with vendors, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Provide clear direction, guidance, and timelines to production coordinators, ensuring successful and timely execution of project tasks.
Diligently manage and report on all above-the-line and below-the-line labor and production costs, maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Ensure strict adherence to all company production protocols, including insurance, rights and clearances for talent and locations, guild and union agreements, labor laws, minor requirements, and other legal, risk, and liability elements.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Producer or Production Manager.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Television, Digital, or Commercial Content Production; Television, Cable, and/or Digital Network production.
Foundational understanding of guild and union agreements pertinent to TV, New Media, and Commercial productions.
Basic knowledge of minor work guidelines and relevant labor laws.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Extensive experience in promotions production.
