Job Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Designer & Content Creator who’s eager to grow and contribute to a collaborative marketing team. You’ll play a key role in creating visually compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms – working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas through design and copy.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of marketing and wants to deepen their understanding of digital content, branding, and campaign execution.


Responsibilities:

· Design and produce digital assets for social media, blogs, emails, and web using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

· Write on-brand copy for social posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.

· Publish and manage social media content calendar while monitoring and engaging with posts on social platforms.

· Work within brand guidelines and templates to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.

· Assist in designing and reviewing brochures, presentations and merch for tradeshows and events.

· Apply strong understanding of design fundamentals, including grid systems, typographic hierarchy, and layout principles.

· Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing creative concepts and campaign ideas.

· Use AI tools to support idea generation, content creation, and workflow efficiency.

· Communicate clearly with teammates and proactively ask questions to ensure alignment and understanding.

· Learn and apply core digital marketing practices such as SEO, content strategy, and performance optimization while tracking and reporting on website traffic, campaign ROI, and digital engagement.

· Maintain organized design files, templates, and shared assets.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count).

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

· Solid grasp of composition, typography, color, and grid design.

· Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone for various platforms.

· Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva AI) in the creative process.

· Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

· A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced creative environment.


Nice to Have:

· Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress.

· Basic knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, or paid advertising.

· Basic understanding of CRM platforms like HubSpot.

· Interest in motion graphics, video editing, or photography.
