Job Responsibilities User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to inform design decisions. Design And Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Design high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches vision. Interaction Design And Usability: Develop user-centric designs that align with business goals. Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness. Design Systems And Branding: Contribute to or maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products. Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and enhance visual identity. Collaboration And Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and iterate based on feedback. Conduct usability testing to refine and validate designs. Job Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI design projects Experience designing for web and mobile platforms Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar Background in graphic design or visual arts is a plus Bachelor\'s degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred Compensation Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
