Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do Define our brand foundation. Establish FoundersCard’s visual identity, brand language, and creative direction — building pillars and systems that flex across product, marketing, and experiences
Lead with hands-on craft. Personally design brand assets including website, landing pages, campaigns, CRO test variants, collateral, and benefit launch creative
Reimagine our public face. Lead the design and execution of a new website that becomes the premium digital face of FoundersCard to the world
Codify our brand system. Develop brand guidelines and a messaging playbook covering visual, verbal, motion, and illustration standards
Evolve our marks. Refine and extend our logo and product marks across the full suite of experiences
Build our creative toolkit. Create and maintain a scalable image and motion asset library, and provide creative guidance for photo, video, and motion content
Polish every touchpoint. Partner with product designers to ensure UI is premium, cohesive, and aligned with brand standards
Test and refine. Prototype and pressure-test creative concepts with members to generate insights and sharpen recommendations
Flex into UX. Provide occasional support on product flows and light research to balance team capacity
Champion creativity. Elevate brand storytelling and design culture across FoundersCard
What We’re Looking For Proven brand builder. 7–10+ years in brand design, visual design, or creative direction, ideally with consumer-facing or premium lifestyle brands
Hands-on designer. A portfolio that demonstrates defining brand systems and delivering high-craft execution across websites, campaigns, product UI, and collateral
System thinker. Experience creating brand pillars, design systems, and scalable guidelines while executing the work yourself
Craft-driven leader. Ability to balance strategic direction with detail-level design work — from evolving logos to launching a new website
Content-savvy. Experience building image and motion libraries and guiding creative production across photo, video, and motion
Project driver. Comfort leading large-scale creative initiatives (site redesigns, identity evolution) while staying deep in the design tools
Collaborative partner. Strong record of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership
Experimentation mindset. Bonus if you’ve applied UX design, testing, or experimentation to refine creative concepts with real users
