Product Marketing Manager, YouTube Ads Marketing Join to apply for the Product Marketing Manager, YouTube Ads Marketing role at Google . Overview In this role, you will be a core member of the team and partner closely with cross functional teams to make strategic decisions and collaborate with creative teams/agency partners to bring to life our offering in a way that changes marketers' perception of YouTube. From live activation directly with customers to enabling promoters to deliver on the YouTube story, you will have the opportunity to think big, drive change, and ultimately make amazing things happen. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems, bringing technology together with the user and redefining the medium. Responsibilities Drive the successful execution of key initiatives across the integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives. Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the YouTube Ads Marketing GTM by identifying new opportunities to drive influence and perception shift with top customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and their teams and engage in building and executing upon highly collaborative program objectives to ensure seamless execution. Track and analyze program performance against key metrics, including business influence, perception shift and lead generation. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., GTM, product marketing, influencer/creator marketing, brand marketing, campaign development). Experience creating and leading the production of customer-facing thought leadership and events with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, strategy, media agency or creative agency. Experience working with agencies and managing campaigns from strategy through to execution in a fast-moving environment. Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and the challenges and opportunities facing brands and agencies today. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Compensation and Location US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salaries are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including job-related skills, experience, and education.
