New York, United States | Posted on 08/28/2025 Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand, you’ll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales. In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions. Responsibilities Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel. Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness. Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions. Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns. Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging. Requirements Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Experience with live streaming and community engagement. Familiarity with social media analytics and trends. Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred). Base Compensation You will receive a fixed payment for producing the video. The compensation structure varies based on the type of video and may be calculated as follows: Per hour Per minute of final developed video content Per completed video Performance-Based Incentives In addition to the base pay, you are eligible for performance bonuses based on the video's engagement and sales performance across platforms: $0.10 per comment, save, or share 10%–20% commission on each sale generated Why Join Us?
