The Role As a Junior Content Creator , you’ll support the creation of social-first content across video, photo, motion, and written formats. You’re a hands-on creative who’s eager to grow your skills and learn from more experienced teammates. You know what’s happening on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—and you’re excited to help make content that feels fresh and relevant. This is a role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things, whether that’s filming, editing, writing, designing, or experimenting with AI. You’ll get the chance to shadow, learn, contribute, and build a portfolio of real work. What You’ll Do Support the concepting, shooting, and editing of content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more Learn to use AI and other tools to develop visuals, motion, and mixed media content Write simple, platform-appropriate ideas and copy with guidance Stay up to date with social trends and help apply them to content Assist Creators on active projects, learn how to support during every phase of a project from pre to post Participate in writers rooms and team work sessions Be in-studio Tues–Thurs to collaborate and support real-time content creation What You’ll Bring A strong interest in social-first creativity and storytelling A growing portfolio that shows versatility across photo, video, and graphic arts in both polished and lo-fi styles Foundational knowledge around shooting and editing Experience with Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, and Google Slides Interest in AI’s creative capabilities and willingness to experiment with new tools Good instincts for what works on social media and a desire to learn Clear communication and openness to feedback Comfortable supporting shoots, edits, and brainstorms Bonus: Willingness to appear on camera Salary Our estimated range for this role is $65-70K. Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role.
