Position Overview We’re seeking a talented Creative Producer to join our team in Brooklyn. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for social content creation. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social strategies, creating original content, and managing client accounts from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social content strategies for clients Create, shoot, and edit professional video and photo content Manage social media accounts with a focus on growth and engagement Execute growth hacking tactics to expand audience reach Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality creative campaigns Travel to client locations and shoots as needed (2-5 times per month) Required Experience Proven experience in social content creation and social media strategy Track record of successfully running and growing social media accounts Professional video and photography shooting capabilities Experience with growth hacking and organic content creation Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Experience with CapCut for video editing Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices Required Equipment Professional camera (DSLR/mirrorless) with multiple lenses Backup storage devices and memory cards Reliable laptop capable of handling video editing Personal Qualities Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction Thrives in fast-paced startup environments Performs well under pressure and tight deadlines Actively seeks and incorporates feedback from colleagues and clients Position Details Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually Location: Brooklyn, NYC office Schedule: 5 days per week in-office Additional commitments: Occasional weekend work and extended hours (limited occurrence, some at additional compensation) Travel: 2-5 times per month for client work and shoots How to Apply Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit for this role.
