P2P is hiring: Design Lead in Germantown

Overview We’re looking for a Design Lead to take full ownership of our design needs across brand, marketing, and product. You’ll work across a wide range of projects - from crafting visuals that define our brand to refining the user experience of our products. This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply involved in the design process and wants to shape how Veda presents itself to the world. If you have a sharp eye for design, follow modern trends, and bring experience from crypto or fintech, we’d love to see your work. About Veda: Veda is the DeFi engine for financial applications, enabling crypto applications, asset issuers, and protocols to build consumer-grade cross chain yield products. Veda's institutional-grade infrastructure already powers many of DeFi's largest vault products, including ether.fi Liquid, Lombard DeFi Vault, Mantle cmETH, Rings, Binance Wallet, Bybit Wallet etc. Over $3 Billion has been deposited in our vaults by more than 100k depositors. What you\'ll do Oversee all design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency Create original assets such as illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral Maintain a cohesive visual identity across social media, website, conference backdrops, merchandise, decks, product materials, and more Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs Identify UX challenges and continuously improve UI/UX across our products Stay up to date with design trends, competitor products, and industry developments Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams Work closely with marketing and other teams to meet deadlines and deliver impactful campaigns What we\'re looking for Proven experience in a senior design role, with both visual design and UI/UX expertise A portfolio that demonstrates modern design sensibilities, original work, and UI/UX projects (applications without a portfolio will not be considered) Experience in crypto or fintech projects is highly preferred Excellent visual communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate shifting priorities Strong collaboration and communication skills Send us your resume and a portfolio that highlights your best work.
