Department: Marketing Reports to: Art Director Position Summary The Mid-Level Designer / Production Designer plays a key role in executing the visual identity of Haggai across digital and print platforms. This position supports the Art Director in producing high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets and ensures consistency and excellence in all visual communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about design execution and production. Key Responsibilities Design Execution & Production: Create and adapt visual assets for print, digital, and social media platforms Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy in specifications, color profiles, and output formats Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables Support layout, typography, and composition with a strong eye for detail Work closely with the Art Director and other marketing team members to meet project goals Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Quality Assurance Review and proof design files for accuracy and brand compliance Troubleshoot production issues and ensure final deliverables meet technical standards Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or production design, preferably in an in-house or agency setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Solid understanding of print production processes, digital design software, and standards Experience preparing files for printers and digital platforms Strong organizational and time-management skills Personal Characteristics Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence Collaborative and open to feedback Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment Christian faith. Mon-Wed in office in Peachtree Corners Thu-Fri virtual/remote.
