Designer Job at Archinect in New York

Overview Michael Tower Architecture is seeking a designer with 4-5 years of work experience to work on a contract basis. The position involves working directly with the principal to develop design work, drawing sets, and project management. Work will involve high-end residential and commercial projects in and around New York City. The contract term will be 40 hours per week over a 3-month period. At the end of the period, we will assess an extension or full-time employment. Pay commensurate with experience. The candidate must be well organized and take responsibility for all aspects of the design process while working with the principal directly. We are a studio that values creativity, collaboration, and good communication. Responsibilities Design Working drawings (Revit) 3D Rendering (Enscape) Presentations (Adobe Suite) Management (Site visits, project communication) Qualifications Excellent design skills Working experience with Revit Excellent communication and writing skills Self-starter Punctual and highly organized US Citizen or qualified visa holder Professional Degree in Architecture (B.
