What’s in it for You: Competitive pay: $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience Health benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity to work with a collaborative, experienced engineering team Career growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Designer with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, who can manage deadlines, support project engineers, and contribute to high-quality mechanical system designs. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside Mechanical Engineers to produce designs that meet code requirements and client specifications Create mechanical system drawings including HVAC, plumbing, and piping layouts Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure design alignment and communicate project scope changes Review design deliverables for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with applicable standards Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, architectural, structural) and vendors as needed Provide occasional field support and site visits Use AutoCAD and Revit to develop and revise drawings as projects evolve What You Need to Have: 5+ years of mechanical design experience preferred 2-4 years’ experience in a related engineering or construction industry Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (certification a plus) Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system fundamentals Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment What’s Next?
