About the Role: We are a leading contemporary streetwear brand based in New York City, seeking a Graphic/Apparel Designer to join our creative team full-time. This is a hands-on role for a talented and hardworking designer who lives and breathes streetwear and is well-versed in current fashion trends. What We're Looking For: Passionate about streetwear, youth culture, and graphic trends Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Located in New York City — this is an on-site position only Key Responsibilities: Design original graphics for apparel and accessories Create and send tech packs to overseas factories Manage styles from initial design to final production delivery Review samples and send daily feedback and adjustment comments to vendors Communicate with licensing companies for design submissions and revisions Maintain organization of design files, submission statuses, and tech packs Job Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (fashion/apparel preferred) Minimum 2 years professional experience in a graphic design role Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Experience creating and adjusting tech packs Experience working with overseas factories (a plus) Experience working on licensed products (a major plus) Strong communication and teamwork abilities Excellent organization and file management skills Highly proficient in the Mac/Apple platform Benefits: 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending account (FSA) & Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Employee discount Tuition reimbursement Retirement plan Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift In-person work required at our NYC office To Apply: Please send your resume, references , and a portfolio link .
