ADVERTISING ART DIRECTION BRANDING GRAPHIC DESIGN PRINT DESIGN WEB DESIGN Job Description O&H is looking for a junior designer with 1–4+ years of professional experience building brands across multiple mediums. This is not a “just follow orders” kind of role. We’re looking for someone who can take direction, but who also asks the right questions, thinks from the client’s perspective, and brings curiosity and ideas to the table. You’ll grow into a designer who isn’t only making things look good, but who’s also helping solve business problems through design. You’ll collaborate with our designers, writers, production artists, and account team to develop innovative and memorable creative solutions — including brand identities, names, websites, campaigns, packaging, and environmental branding. From early research and strategy through presentation and production, you’ll have the opportunity to have a hand in every step of the process. This role also includes working closely with our digital development partners to ensure design intent is carried through in digital experiences. Job Qualifications 1–4 years of professional design experience Online portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking, design execution, and typography Proficiency in Figma (or other prototyping tools) and Adobe Creative Suite Digital design experience required; motion/animation skills are a plus Detail-oriented with strong time and deadline management Communicates clearly and works collaboratively with teammates and clients BA (or equivalent) in graphic design or related field preferred Positive, proactive, and open to growing beyond your comfort zone How to Apply Please email jobs@ohbd.com with your resume and portfolio link.
