Savage X Fenty is looking for a Technical Designer . How do you fit in? As the Technical Designer , you will manage the fit sample process for Underwear, Accessories, and Bralettes from development to pre-production samples. You will attend fittings and collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve the best fit. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and work well collaboratively. This position reports to the Senior Director of Technical Design – Savage X Fenty . What You Will Do Create initial specifications for proto tech packs. Measure samples to ensure they meet specifications. Conduct fittings on models, lead fit sessions, and provide corrections. Manage the fit process from development to pre-production. Identify and resolve technical issues with fit samples prior to production. Communicate fit comments to vendors promptly. Coordinate all fit communications with vendors. Analyze garments for compliance with specifications, construction, and fit intent. Ensure timely receipt of samples according to schedule. Collaborate closely with designers, production teams, and import vendors. What You Can Bring Bachelor’s degree in Technical Design, Fashion Design, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in Technical Design. Experience in lingerie and plus size apparel. Strong understanding of grade rules. Expertise in garment construction, fit, and finishing. Excellent eye for fit and construction details. Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation. Organizational skills to work effectively under deadlines and pressure. Team player with a positive attitude.
