Responsibilities As a Graphic Designer at Karma Games, you will be responsible for the following: Graphic design for our current and upcoming board games; starting with designs for physical and digital prototypes all the way to the final production of the board game. Potentially some illustrative tasks depending on your skill set Layout of rulebooks Social media and ad designs Much more! Role Requirements We are looking for someone with: Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent with solid grades Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; bonus points for experience with 3D tools such as Blender Vast knowledge and deep understanding of board games Experience in graphic design both for print and for online Great sense for design aesthetics and respective trends Bonus points if you have any illustrative skills Well structured and able to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities At least very fluent in English, bonus points if you have a good grasp of German as well How to apply?
