Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Designer to join our Seattle team. This is a full-time position with benefits, and occasional overtime to meet project schedules and deadlines. Responsibilities include:
Architectural design talent and a collaborative personality
Guiding, directing, and inspiring team efforts in creating buildings and spaces
Creating and developing project feasibility studies, with proficiency in Zoning Codes and City Design Guidelines
Public presentation skills for client and public meetings, including Design Review, Landmark, and University Boards
Leading design charrettes and group investigations into design options
Collaborating effectively within a team environment
Creating compelling imagery with AutoDesk, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of 7 years of design experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience presenting designs to clients
Advanced digital skills, including Revit and SketchUp
