Responsibilities
Work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area.
Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces.
Simplifies and solves user needs for multiple customer types. Design end-to-end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area.

Your Craft Skills
Use low-to-medium fidelity designs and prototypes to frame and clarify product opportunities within a defined problem space.
Know your process and when to use which design methods; adapt approaches as needed.
Generate and explore multiple potential solutions and identify the right ones.
Collaborate to use existing systems and, when needed, develop new patterns and principles for team-wide adoption.
Detail-oriented with micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states.
Excellent UX problem-solving: create efficient solutions for complex user journeys.
Strong visual design: use color, composition, and visual hierarchy to produce polished interfaces.
Qualifications
Required
4+ years of experience in UX, Product Design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities (e.g., mentorship, strategy, elevating team design thinking)
Expertise in Figma
Prototyping skills (preferably Figma)
Preferred
Experience with B2C, SaaS, and B2B products
Expertise in iOS, Android, and responsive web design
Experience with data-driven design
Experience with usability testing
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
