As part of our expanding influencer and creator marketing team, we’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Associate who’s obsessed with trends, creators, and the power of authentic content.
This is a hybrid position, based in our Buckhead, Atlanta office, with 2–3 days of in-office collaboration each week.
Position Summary As an Influencer Marketing Associate , you’ll support the execution of influencer campaigns from sourcing to reporting. You’ll help identify creators, manage outreach, track deliverables, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring influencer strategies to life for our clients. You’ll play a key role in growing the agency’s influencer capabilities and staying on top of cultural and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Assist with outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of creators for campaigns
Maintain influencer databases and update CRM tools or campaign trackers
Track content deadlines, post schedules, and usage rights
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social, client services) to align campaign goals
Monitor live campaigns, collect links and performance data
Create campaign recap reports with metrics and insights
Support paid influencer strategies, whitelisting, and boosting workflows
Stay on top of creator economy trends, social platform updates, and cultural moments
Occasionally assist with influencer events or activations
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related role
Demonstrated experience working with creators or managing social media campaigns
Familiarity with influencer platforms, tools, or networks
Passion for content creation and internet culture
Comfortable working in a hybrid agency environment
Preferred Qualifications Agency experience or experience managing multiple influencer projects at once
Prior exposure to paid influencer campaigns or whitelisting
Understanding of FTC guidelines and influencer compliance
Experience building reports or campaign recaps for clients
