About this Position As a Media Coordinator, you’ll support the Media Planning team in developing media plans for Lexus Dealer Association (aka LDA) local markets. This entry level role gives you hands-on exposure to a wide mix of channels including digital, TV, print, radio, events, and more. You’ll build a foundation in media strategy, planning tools, and marketplace dynamics while learning the ins and outs of agency operations. Responsibilities Assist in the curation of data for market media plans Assist Media team with responsibilities for assigned markets including, but not limited to: Drafting goal entries for local buys Reviewing Spot Buys for accuracy based on guidelines provided Updating flowcharts and budgets Performing budget and billing reconciliations Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies Maintain digital buys and compile metrics reports Review accuracy of the Master Planning Sheets Contribute to POV evaluations Pull media and market research using tools like Simmons, IMS, comScore, and Kantar Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree Prior relevant internship experience Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Solid understanding of basic math Strong communication skills Ability to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who collaborates well in a large group Why It’s Great to Work Here We live by our CORE values: Collaborative — We work together to get better stuff done than we could alone Optimistic — Honest and confident in our quest forward; believing the impossible is possible Results-driven — Creativity is always in service of results and never for its own sake Entrepreneurial — Build something new. This pay range is what the Company believes it will pay at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range. Temporary roles may be eligible for freelancer/temporary medical plans and 401(k) after criteria are met.
