5W is seeking an individual with a passion for Paid Media. As a Paid Media Specialist, your role will be to help execute on a variety of projects. Here's what you’ll be doing: Work directly with clients and internal team to determine the goals of digital plans and campaigns within Manage and plan client campaigns across all Media, including but not limited to Paid Search, Display (DSPs, Ad Networks, Programmatic), Social and new emerging media technologies Construct reports to determine success based on specific metrics and KPIs; optimize and pivot when appropriate Analyze client business data to determine impact of media efforts Ideate creative concepts and work closely with our creative team to produce content that converts Here’s what you have: Minimum of 1-2 years planning and buying digital media with tangible results Working or worked at an agency or in agency setting Experience working with Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant platforms Ability to create and present media strategies and plans to clients Driven, detail oriented, flexible, and team-oriented work ethic Attentive ability to manage multiple projects Why you'll love working here: Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits & wellness programs including partnership with ClassPass!
