Job Overview The Marketing team at Earthley is seeking a Multimedia Team Supervisor to lead and inspire our visual content team. This individual will oversee the production of on-brand, engaging graphics, photos, and videos to support our digital presence, especially on social media. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling and team leadership and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a confident leader and strategic thinker who is organized, creative, and passionate about wellness. Objectives of This Role Supervise and support the creative content team Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of social media content Ensure visual content aligns with Earthley’s marketing goals and brand identity Foster collaboration across departments for timely, relevant content creation Monitor content performance and adjust strategy accordingly Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor content team members (graphic designers, videographers, photographers) Hire, train, conduct reviews, and coach content team staff Assign projects based on campaign priorities and ensure deadlines are met Oversee all content creation to ensure alignment with brand tone and visual guidelines Approve final visuals for social platforms and paid media campaigns Collaborate with marketing and other departments (R&D, retail, etc.) to capture authentic content Ensure consistent, on-time output of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Delegate and support planning for photo/video shoots, including attendance at major shoots and retreats Track content engagement metrics to inform future strategies Stay up to date with social trends and incorporate learnings into content strategy Perform additional duties as assigned Skills And Qualifications 3+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing 2+ years of proven experience leading and mentoring in a supervisory capacity Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content strategies Strong skills in content planning, storytelling, and creative direction Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze content performance and adapt strategies accordingly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications Experience in wellness, health, or natural living space Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later) Hands-on experience with photography, video editing, and content shoot production Experience using Microsoft Teams or other team collaboration platforms What We Offer Competitive pay and health benefits package Access to holistic healthcare Paid time off and flexible work hours $50 monthly allowance for free products and a 35% employee discount A supportive, purpose-driven team culture Join Our Mission We invite you to apply if you are a creative, organized, and people-focused leader who believes in the power of natural wellness and storytelling.
