Take photos (headshots, half and full-body shots) of models.
Guide models as they shoot and give them posing suggestions when needed.
Create a professional, friendly, and comfortable environment for models.
Lightly edit/color-correct photos to look natural.
Select the best 7-12 photos of each model and ensure that UM photography guidelines are followed in the selection process.
Create digital comp cards and deliver photos to models in a timely manner.
Core Competencies Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of photography, including lighting and post-production.
Must be self-confident and professional.
Technical Skills Basic computer skills required.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
At least 2+ years of experience as a digital photographer, specifically shooting model digitals.
Ability to photograph and edit all skin tones, from fair to dark.
Efficient time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
A good sense of humor is preferred.
Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.
Comfortable working with all genders.
Friendly, confident, and concise in interactions.
Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy.
