Overview The Lede Company is seeking a Coordinator to join its Brand team in our New York office. The Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting accounts across our fashion, CPG, and lifestyle verticals. Responsibilities Support client projects from the brainstorm/ideation phase to plan development, execution, and reporting Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies Conduct market research, i.e., competitors, industry opportunities and challenges, products and services, and consumer insights Account administrative support Contribute to monthly, project or event reporting and recaps across all clients Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other supporting media materials as necessary Media outreach and relationship building with respective media outlets Support onsite at events including coordination of logistics during all stages of programming and coordination of retail promotions Regularly prioritize work, meet deadlines, and actively communicate progress and deliverables to account teams Qualifications BA in marketing, PR, communications, journalism, or a related concentration 2 - 3 years of public relations experience, preferably brand PR in CPG, lifestyle, or fashion Demonstrated understanding of the communications market Deep understanding of pop-culture Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines Responsive and proactive Strong written and verbal communication Proficient in online social applications: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter Proficient in Google Drive & Microsoft applications Proficient in online social applications, i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube The Ideal Candidate Is A collaborative team member and self-starter An enthusiastic professional with a passion for communications and deep expertise in building, stewarding, and growing relationships A strong communicator and researcher Equal Employment Opportunity The Lede Company is an equal opportunity employer.
