Commercial Strategy/Ops Lead, Global Studio, XCM Are you passionate about driving financial strategy and operational excellence at scale? At XCM’s Global Studio team, we are looking for a strategic Commercial Operations leader to support the growth phase of Global Studio with strong commercial rigor.
As the Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead for Global Studio, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, developing and implementing chargeback models, and ensuring operational efficiency across our global creative production platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.
Key job responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Operations: Own end-to-end financial operations, drive the development and implementation of the chargeback model, manage budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, and lead rate reviews and financial planning with agency partners.
Strategic Planning & Business Operations: Partner with XCM Finance, drive towards a cost steady state, develop and optimize operational frameworks, create and implement financial governance models, and lead quarterly and annual financial planning processes.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Build and maintain relationships with key finance stakeholders, create regular financial performance reports, present financial insights and recommendations to leadership, and drive alignment on financial methodologies.
About the team: Global Studio is Amazon's comprehensive in-house creative production service, designed to replace fragmented agency relationships and manage creative production needs for Amazon teams globally.
Our vision is to be a one-stop shop for creative needs across Amazon, while removing the constraint of high-quality, on-brand creative asset availability.
Basic Qualifications Requirements:
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred:
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Experience in creative operations or agency financial management.
