Summary of Position Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in its Television Post-Production department. We’re seeking a talented individual with a strong understanding of post-production who can provide administrative support and help manage various stages of our productions.
Responsibilities Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air
Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department
Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets
Serve as the primary administrator for our library of television content across multiple platforms
Maintain and update the Post Manual/Checklist in collaboration with department executives
Attend, participate in, and take notes during virtual post meetings with vendors, production teams, and internal staff
Assist with post calendar creation and budgeting
Provide general support to the team as needed
Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in post-production required
Extremely detail-oriented and organized; no task is too small
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite
Nice to Haves Familiarity with streaming platforms, Airtable, Aspera, and DocuSign
Passion for the television industry and post production
BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
Access to a car, for job related runs
