Responsibilities Champion User Experience Design and User Interface Design for designated projects, ensuring a seamless user journey Execute user interviews, craft personas, journey maps, site maps and information architecture diagrams to provide a comprehensive understanding of user behavior Develop user flows, task analysis matrices, wireframes, high-resolution mockups, and prototypes to vividly illustrate product vision Strictly adhere to Tax Design System standards, applying them appropriately to mockups for consistency and coherence Collaborate closely with UI Developer to ensure the product build is accurate, user-friendly, accessible, and aligns with the initial vision Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually captivating websites or applications that prioritize user ease Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design direction and vision effectively Deep understanding of accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design Proficient with Figma, FigJam, Mural, Miro, and Office 365 Portfolio required showing representative work samples demonstrating design prowess Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Position details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: General Business Additional notes: KPMG complies with applicable laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
