Role Overview The UI/UX Designer will lead the user-centered design and accessibility aspects of the PSAL Modernization. This role ensures DOE applications are intuitive, mobile-friendly, and compliant with WCAG 2.x accessibility standards . Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, personas, journey mapping . Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision . Develop responsive web designs with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript . Ensure strict compliance with WCAG 2.x accessibility standards. Work closely with developers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences. Requirements 8+ years of UI/UX design and development experience. Tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Figma . Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript .
