Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide in-office support to the SVP of Prime Video & Amazon Studios in Culver City, California.
The individual in this role will be detail-oriented, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. You will be an experienced planner, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, and a creative problem solver. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large-scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.

Key Job Responsibilities Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, ensuring calendar is aligned with changing business priorities
Phone calls and messaging
Help plan domestic & international travel itineraries and process expenses
Event organization and group communications
Administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
Track and drive to completion key deliverables and follow up on pending items
Provide coverage for other executives as needed
Meeting and greeting internal and external guests
Basic Qualifications 5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
