Job Description Short Form Video Editor (In-Office Only – Tampa, FL) Full-Time | $60,000 Base + Bonuses + Commission Company: Major League Profits We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a creative killer to join our squad. Major League Profits is a sports card coaching company on pace to do $10M+ in revenue this year, and content is the fuel behind everything we do. From Reels to Shorts to TikToks, we dominate with fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits—and we want someone who can help us push the limits even more. We’re not looking for someone to just “cut clips.” We want a creative editor who lives and breathes short-form content and understands what it takes to grab attention in the first 2 seconds. You should know what’s trending, how to hook a viewer, and how to tell a story in under 60 seconds. What You’ll Do: Edit 3–5+ short-form videos per day for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok Repurpose long-form podcasts or raw content into engaging short-form clips Add captions, memes, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics that fit our brand voice Collaborate directly with our media team, sales team, and founder Help shape the creative direction and style of our short-form content across platforms What We’re Looking For: In-office only — Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL 2+ years experience editing viral-style short-form content Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar Familiar with creators like Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Grant Cardone, Ryan Pineda Strong understanding of trends, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention Can work fast, adapt quickly, and hit deadlines without hand-holding Positive, growth-minded, and hungry to be part of something big Perks: $60,000 base salary + performance bonuses + commission structure Work from our brand-new office in Tampa (with plans for a gym, basketball court, chef, and more) Energetic, young team that takes work seriously—but not ourselves Freedom to pitch ideas and take creative ownership Opportunity to grow with a company that’s scaling fast #J-18808-Ljbffr
