Storytelling & Creativity: Ability to translate ideas into clear, inspiring, and visually engaging content. Hands-On Approach: A doer who thrives on taking projects from concept to delivery. Proactivity & Initiative: Someone who anticipates needs, proposes ideas, and drives projects forward independently. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to partner across functions and geographies. Innovation & AI: Familiarity with AI-based content and design tools, plus the curiosity to continuously explore new technologies.
