Salary and Benefits The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 Monthly commission structure: $1,000 once you hit 7th referral and $1,000 for each referral after that Health Insurance Paid Time Off – 3 weeks in year one Mileage Reimbursement – 50 cents per mile 401k retirement after 90 days of employment Responsibilities Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) Collaborates with medical community and/or patients and families to facilitate and promote eligible hospice admissions Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospitals, and other community partners to increase awareness and referrals for hospice services. Achieve and exceed daily marketing activity targets (such as visits, calls, or presentations) to consistently promote the organization’s services. Meet or surpass weekly admissions goals by converting referrals into active hospice admissions. Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative strategies to grow referrals and admissions. Actively participate in community and professional organizations to build a strong network and represent the organization’s mission. Demonstrate strong sales and account management habits including effective territory planning, time management, and follow-up.
