Description Company Overview RLM Underground is a trusted leader in aerial and underground construction, delivering reliable, high-quality solutions for Telecom infrastructure. Our work impacts communities and industries alike, and we're seeking a skilled marketing content creator to amplify our brand voice and digital presence. We're looking for a creative and driven individual to expand RLM Underground’s marketing content strategy. This role will craft compelling social media posts, manage website updates, and develop branded materials that showcase our expertise and connect with customers and partners. Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management Develop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X Create engaging posts featuring project highlights, team stories, and industry insights Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach - Website Oversight Regularly update website content, including service pages, team bios, job openings, and news updates Ensure website content aligns with brand voice and values Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers as needed for technical updates - Marketing Content Creation Write and design email campaigns, brochures, one-pagers, and signage Support internal communications and brand storytelling across print and digital channels Capture photos/videos from field sites and/or coordinate with vendors to highlight RLM’s work - Brand Strategy Support Maintain consistency across all brand assets Assist in developing messaging that reinforces RLM’s reputation in the market Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform content direction Requirements Qualifications 2+ years of marketing, communications, and content creation experience Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and storytelling Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress), SEO best practices, and social media analytics Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to shape and expand RLM’s voice and visual identity A collaborative and growing environment that values initiative Opportunity to enroll in BCBS Medical, Principal Dental, Vision, and Group Term Life insurance plans, +AD&D Accrued PTO plus 8 paid holidays EEOC RLM Underground is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
