Full Time position in the field of Production Coordinator / Project Management , located in Thousand Oaks, CA . The position pays $75,000.00 — $95,000.00 per year . Responsibilities Plan and handle production logistics (locations, crew, gear, travel, releases) Secure access, permits, and problem-solve on the fly to keep shoots moving Coordinate props, wardrobe, and small set builds for short-form concepts Book and manage travel and transportation when required; handle last-minute changes Track budgets, deadlines, and checklists; communicate status, risks, and needs to leadership in real time Build and maintain strong relationships with crew, talent, and vendors Experience 1-2+ years producing, field coordinating, or comparable high-velocity production experience Proven ability to manage complex shoots on tight timelines Strong organizational + logistical skills; calm under pressure Exceptional people, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills Familiarity with social/video culture (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) Flexible schedule; available for weekend or evening shoots as needed Proficiency with production tools (Google Workspace, Monday.com, scheduling apps) We have partnered with ProductionHUB to provide you with the most valuable and exclusive job service in the industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
