The Foodservice Design Administrator position is responsible for supporting equipment specifications, project management, and internal communication needs of the company. If you have a background in foodservice and a working knowledge of kitchen equipment, this is an opportunity for you to learn foodservice design from an industry leader in an exciting and hands-on environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Create written specifications from foodservice documents and drawings Perform quality control reviews with design team to improve drawings and documentation Organize project files Manage workload to meet design project deadlines Support design and construction teams as needed with project requirements Be a flexible team player open to learning and supporting the design needs of our business Required Qualifications Revised Great attention to detail and organization Read and write clearly and accurately Related foodservice, design or construction experience Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturers in a highly professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications Revised Previous spec-writing experience in foodservice/design/construction Experience working in hospitality or foodservice design construction Experience in Autoquotes Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, primarily excel Experience in Bluebeam Possible experience in Autodesk Suite Supervisory Responsibility N/A for this position Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels are moderate.
