Account Director, Creative & Digital Services Overview RunSwitch PR, Kentucky’s largest public relations agency, is looking for a motivated individual to support the firm’s public relations and public affairs initiatives via creative design.
An Account Director for our Creative and Digital Services is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about strategic communications using creative tactics. Individuals looking to gain experience with a multitude of clients across several areas of business will excel in this role.

Lead on graphic design for social media, presentations and digital assets
Design of brand assets (ie. Print materials, event collateral, one-pagers etc.)
Support event planning with creative materials (e.g., signage, invitations, programs)
Overseeing, maintaining and reporting on digital advertising buys on social media, display and other necessary platforms
Strategy and Planning for Digital Campaigns
Maintain relationships with ad vendors
Creative direction on video projects, both short and long form video
Graphic design for video projects
Ability to lead on design for public affairs campaigns
Website Design, Development & Maintenance
Drafting of client proposals for creative and digital products
General tech support for digital assets
Requirements:
5+ Years Experience in Graphic Design, Digital Advertising or Similar Field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, OBS, WordPress and related digital programs
Strong writing and editing skills
Flexibility and ability to cope well under pressureand tight deadlines
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task on a daily basis
