We provide comprehensive services with in-house sales, design, and installation teams. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Sales & Design Associate. The Sales & Design Associate will work with clients to understand their needs, provide design consultations, and manage sales processes from start to finish. Daily tasks include meeting with clients in the showroom, creating design plans, coordinating with the in-house team for installations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Sales and customer service experience in a retail or showroom environment Design skills with proficiency in design software and an understanding of remodeling materials Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
