Apply Now! location: Jackson, Michigan job type: Contract salary: $23 - 28 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (eLearn, instructor-led, multimedia, blended learning). Define learning objectives and restructure content for clarity and retention. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Create visual aids for both online and face-to-face learning experiences. Ensure learning materials meet legal and regulatory standards. Rewrite and simplify complex processes for training purposes. Build both asynchronous eLearning modules and synchronous, scenario-based training. Manage multiple training development projects under tight deadlines. Develop storyboards, conduct content research, and maintain production timelines. Skills Proven ability to develop engaging eLearn and in-person experiences. strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to translate complex topics into digestible content. Bonus if experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experience: 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or related field. Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
