Overview Best Cheer Stone (BCS) is a company with a three-decade history in the stone market. We offer slabs, prefabricated countertops and vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items, with factory-direct facilities on both coasts and a large selection of prefabricated countertops and vanity tops on the west coast. Position Kitchen 2020 Designer Responsibilities Efficiently prioritize incoming job quotes and generate accurate estimates based on customer-provided designs within 24 hours, ensuring seamless follow-through and successful completion of the sales process. Coordinate daily calendar to ensure timely customer calls and other communications are met. Accountable for cold calling new prospects and dormant customers. Follow up with customers to ensure changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize 1 year of experience in 2020 Design software Ability to occasionally work weekends, if needed Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in relevant math skills Understanding of construction principles and ability to read blueprints and floor plans Understanding of cabinet/cabinetry knowledge Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers Understanding construction principles; ability to read blueprints and floor plans is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Pay Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 + design commission rated 0.38% as second sales rep on sales order Working Conditions Multiple environments including office and warehouse.
