JOB DESCRIPTION As a Graphic Designer, you will have responsibility for developing and modifying retail packaging, digital assets, social media images, collateral, point-of-purchase, and sales materials for the Java House Brand. You will be expected to execute all designs using the established Java House Brand guidelines. Additionally, you will have the responsibility for managing the artwork routing process with cross-functional partners for new packaging. RESPONSIBILITIES Create packaging graphics, from initial concepts through print-ready file Create graphics and digital assets for websites, banners, and social media placements, leveraging digital design best-practices Design and prepare print-ready files for consumers, sales presentations, in-store point-of-purchase, and other placements Work within technical specifications for each project Translate business goals, key messages, and other creative brief elements into compelling visual solutions Bring modern, fresh approaches to your designs to ensure they enhance the way our brands are perceived in the market Manage formal artwork routing process with cross-functional partners QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing) Adobe Creative Suite: 3+ years of experience Retail Packaging Design Experience strongly preferred Collateral Development or Point of Purchase material design experience preferred Ability to work onsite in our Carmel, IN office KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Strong proficiency with Mac versions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat Positive, can-do attitude with a drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced working environment Strong attention to detail for managing artwork routing process and designing within specific specification of briefs Proven ability to execute visually inspiring solutions to creative challenges Experience creating a variety of print materials, including 3D packaging Understanding of printing processes, ideally including Flexo, on various substrates Experience in page layout and multiple print processes Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Design and Strategy/Planning Industries Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Java House by 2x Get notified about new Graphic Designer jobs in Carmel, IN .
