The successful candidate will have the ability to take the initiative and work efficiently within project deadlines to create, review, and coordinate design and construction documents. A creative outlook and experience with Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, and hand sketching skills would be assets. Requirements 1 to 3 years of Architectural office experience preferred Professional degree or diploma preferred Commitment to sustainable design and design excellence Strong attention to details, organization, and accuracy Experience with commercial construction detailing preferred Experience drafting construction documents and specifications Familiarity with coordinating consultant drawings Effective written and spoken communication skills Positive and collaborative attitude Preferred Technical Proficiencies Revit Bluebeam MS Office Adobe Creative Suite Benefits Flexible and supportive work environment Room for advancement Potential for hybrid work arrangements Competitive salary and benefits.
