Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Nashville, TN. The Interior Designer candidate will oversee project planning, design implementation, coordination, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, AutoCAD, space planning, design selections, coordinating with architects and contractors, site visits, client interaction, and managing logistics. The role involves ensuring all project components align with clients’ expectations and company standards. Responsibilities Oversee project planning, design implementation, coordination, and execution to meet timelines and quality standards. Manage project schedules and logistics, including coordination with architects and contractors. Utilize AutoCAD for space planning and design development. Select design elements (materials, finishes, furnishings) in alignment with client preferences and budgets. Conduct site visits and maintain ongoing client interaction to ensure alignment with expectations. Ensure all project components comply with company standards and client requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Proficient in AutoCAD. Creative thinker. Strong project management skills to oversee planning, coordination, and execution. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with architects, builders, teammates, and clients. 5-7 years of experience in residential interior design. Possible out-of-town travel. Ability to manage large residential installations and vendors involved.
