KVOA is looking for a creative and hard-working photojournalist/editor. The ideal candidate is a team player who can produce great stories under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities include shooting and editing day to day news, in-depth features and investigative assignments. You must have a strong work ethic, editing skills in non-linear edit systems, possess excellent people skills, and a great attitude. A passion for storytelling is essential in this position.
Qualifications
At least one year of videography and editing experience
Strong photography and editing skills are critical
Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to breaking news events
Must have the ability to make quick decisions
Additional Requirements
A pre-employment background check is required.
Good driving record. Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona driver’s license.
Must be able to use, transport, and lift equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds.
