Train program partners on virtual event technology, conferences processes and resources (registration and delivery technologies, registration protocols and online resources). Identify and create new ways to engage with audiences virtually using feedback from previous conferences/events to enhance the customer experience. Seek and determine new operational efficiencies to drive further scale across a large volume of virtual events. Liaise with global conferences teams on process changes and improvements across the team. Perform special projects to further virtual event product and workflow.
