Senior Graphic Designer Job at Newmark Group in Raleigh

Responsibilities Supports multiple teams across the Multifamily Capital Markets platform. Develops custom, eye-catching marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing, including pitches, presentations, brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, websites, invitations, signage, and events. Manages multiple creative marketing projects across teams, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. Collaborates closely with marketing, brokers, sales professionals, and analysts to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions aligned with business goals. Provides guidance, creative input, and leads the creation of marketing materials. Repositions and rebrands marketing collateral through logo development, color palettes, typography, and storytelling. Researches, produces, and designs market overviews and maps. Stays current with industry trends and competitor marketing to enhance strategies and ensure branding consistency per Newmark guidelines. Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography and video/aerial footage as needed. Responds to client inquiries and provides requested information.
