Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US110 is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Graphic Designer to join us full time. The CSR is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member. We’re looking for teammates with a positive attitude and the drive to contribute to the success of a local business. Responsibilities Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities. Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers. Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures. Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
