Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND* 2+ years of total relevant work experience* Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and passion for data analysis, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL; Python experience is a plus.* Possess strong quantitative analytical skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently and collaboratively.* Exhibit excellent communication skills and a proven ability to cultivate and nurture relationships; results-oriented with accountability and ownership.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Math, with eagerness to learn, especially in marketing.This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
