Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. You will assist in coordinating marketing activities, managing internal communications, and executing marketing strategies that align with Beloform’s goals. Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Conduct market research and prepare reports on trends, competitors, and audience insights Draft, proofread, and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and email communications Track campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting results Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency Maintain internal marketing documentation and calendar updates Support event planning and promotional activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internship experience counts) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and project coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Benefits Competitive salary ($52,000 - $55,000 / year) Clear growth opportunities within the company Skill development and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals Dynamic and supportive team environment Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts No social media management required #J-18808-Ljbffr
